If the CHESS membership fee is a hardship, you may request a service membership where the fee is waived based on serving in one or two extra service areas in addition to the one required of each family. Please complete the form to submit your service membership application.

Fulfilling one service area is required for all CHESS members with the exception of first year members and alumni.

Leadership will review your Service Membership request. If approved, Leadership will assign 1–2 additional service areas from your preferred list based on CHESS' greatest needs. A service membership is given based on completion of your selected service area plus 1–2 additional areas for a total of 2–3 service areas. You are able to accept or decline Leadership's offer for a service membership.
