Request Membership to CHESS

Fill out the form below and click the Continue button at the bottom.

Please fill out the below application to request membership to CHESS.

As of October 2022, all adult CHESS members listed on the application will be run through a background check process, links to the background check system will be provided upon receiving your application. We will contact you if further information is needed. Information is stored securely on the background check provider servers. We do not store any of the information from your background report. If you have information contained within your background report that you feel may disqualify you for membership, or you are denied due to information within your report, please know that we do have an appeals process for membership applications to be reconsidered.

Our CHESS Yearly Membership Dues are $40 per family for the 2023-2024 school year.

Separate fees do apply for cooperative ("co-op") classes and may apply for field trips, events, and parties.

We do everything possible to keep fees low and have scholarships available for those in need.
