Complete Yearly Family Details Form

• Complete the family details form once per academic year. This keeps our database updated with your personal information and interests.

Complete Background Check

• Standby for an update to our background check process. 

Complete Medical Release Form

• Complete one medical release form for each participating member and student.

Report Your Absences

• Complete the Report an Absence form to report any known and future absences to our Morning Coordinator and Director. 

CLASS PLANNING & PARTICIPATION

Sign Up to Teach and Assist

• Each semester, we plan classes using this Class Planning Spreadsheet. Review the spreadsheet for this Semester and ensure you are signed up to teach one class and assist with one class.

Plan Your Lessons

• Feel free to use our Google Drive of curricula resources to help guide your lesson plans.
• Submit completed lesson plans to the Lesson Plan Submission form.

Register Your Student for Classes

• Register Your Student(s) For Classes
  1. Check the calendar page for our class registration date.
  2. Review the class registration instructions and complete registration.

Contribute to Cleaning

• Sign up for a cleaning slot here.
• Please purchase 2-3 cleaning supplies from the list below and bring them with you to our first event of the semester. 
  1. Liquid Hand Soap
  2. Full-Sized Kleenex
  3. Disinfectant Wipes
  4. Surface Spray Cleaner / Disinfectant (No aerosol please)
  5. Paper Towels
  6. 10-13 Gallon Trash Cans
  7. Garbage Bags to Fit
  8. Any good-condition art supplies you'd like to donate.

PAYMENTS

Pay Semester Fees

• Invoices will be sent via email before the start of the semester. Please check your email for this notification, but do not pay your fees through the website. 
• Fees are paid through Tithe.ly. Click here for payment instructions.
• Some classes have additional fees for supplies. If your student is enrolled in a class with a supply fee, please pay the teacher directly in person or bring your payment to our first co-op event of the semester.
