Q:

How can I contribute to the co-op supply list?

A:

Please select one or two items from the following to contribute to our co-op supply closet and cleaning supplies. 

  • Liquid Hand Soap
  • Full-Sized Kleenex
  • Disinfectant Wipes
  • Surface Spray Cleaner / Disinfectant (No aerosol please)
  • Paper Towels
  • 10-13 Gallon Trash Cans
  • Garbage Bags to Fit

*We gladly accept art supply donations in good condition for our Art Supply Cabinet. 

 

Q:

What supplies does my child need for the classroom?

A:

Each child should have basic age-appropriate school supplies:

  • Crayons or colored pencils
  • Pencils
  • Erasers
  • Glue Stick
  • Safety Scissors
  • One Folder
  • One Notebook
  • Backpacks are encouraged but not necessary

Q:

How can we prepare for the co-op semester?

A:
  1. Save the leadership team contact information.
  2. Save class and activity dates in your calendar.
  3. Plan for the park after co-op.
  4. Please pack snacks and lunches with NO NUTS.
  5. Sign up for the cleaning schedule.
  6. Sign up for the snack schedule as needed.
  7. Read over the handbook, paying special attention to student responsibilities for your children.
  8. If you are new to For His Glory, be sure your background check is complete.
  9. If you will be absent or know dates you will be absent, please call or text Christine Fiske at 703-409-3519.
  10. Watch for Tuesday night texts and/or posts regarding substitute assignments or schedule changes due to weather.
