There is a free parking garage located next to and behind the museum (see attached map). Park there and walk around to the front of the museum. You may also leave your car parked there while you walk to the Zoo and enjoy your day.

Join us for morning of CHOCOLATE! (Does it get any better than that?)
We will get an hour of instruction in the Chocolate Lab learning about Chocolate in Colonial America. We will grind our own cacao beans with a mortar & pestle to produce chocolate liquor and then add our favorite flavoring (orange, coffee, etc) to create our own, personal flavor of chocolate. This lab allows families to work and learn together.
After the lab, we will tour the museum and learn about the life of Milton Hershey – from failed entrepreneur to chocolate king and philanthropic benefactor. Each child may choose a Scavenger Hunt paper (they are broken down by grades: K-2/3-5/6-8/9-12) and look for specific things as they tour the museum. This part of the morning is self-guided so you may take as little or as much time as you wish.
Note: Should you like to extend your stay in Hershey, we have an afternoon tour scheduled at Zoo America (which is a short walk from the Museum on a paved path, less than 5 min). Or you may opt to visit Chocolate World (which is a 3 mile drive from the Museum) and it is FREE. You are welcome to bring along a bagged lunch and eat in the lab afterwards before heading out to your next Hershey adventure.
