A warm-weather favorite, this interactive aquatic ecology program introduces the tiny insects living in mud and under rocks. Search our streams for macroinvertebrates, study them up close to identify the species they find and learn what these tiny creatures tell us about the health of our waterways. Bring your water shoes!

This program will be geared towards elementary and middle school students although younger older students are welcome to participate. Part of this program will be outdoors so please dress appropriately!

We understand that Strawberry Hill IS a drive for most of our tribe but it is SO worth it! Their programs are very hands-on and personal. Your students will learn much.
