“Talking Turkey” is the name of this lesson. We will learn about turkeys and all things fowl. Have you ever wondered what determines a bird? Do all birds fly? How do birds fit into the food chain? And what’s so special about the turkey? What is its history and why is it the food of choice for Thanksgiving?
