“Trees and the Creatures that Use Them”

Join county and state park naturalists for this  special home school student event for students ages 6 through 11 or studying 1st through 6th grade  curriculums.

Students will rotate through three different activities with other students of similar age.  We’ll take a walk through the forest, explore how leaves are the base of the food chain in the stream, and learn about the close relationship between insects and plants.

This is a student drop-off program. Limited spaces available for parent  chaperones; please inquire during registration. Free.

Each student and chaperone also needs to provide a completed emergency medical form available on our web-site, at the nature center, or via email.
