Workshop - The Benefits of Routines and Schedules

Add to Your Calendar: 06/08/2015 13:00 06/08/2015 14:30 America/New_York Workshop - The Benefits of Routines and Schedules

You spend all year investing in your kids.  Why not consider giving to yourself by making your job easier?

You’ve made the decision to homeschool now take the next step by establishing a solid foundation of  knowledge of more than just the basics.  The content shared in these workshops just might be the key to your homeschooling success.

Whether you are someone with a type "A" personality or an individual that cringes at the thought of being stuck in a schedule, we will discuss how these things affect your homeschool.  We will begin with the differences between routine and schedule and then talk about how we can make those work for you.  We will look at some sample daily routines of a variety of homeschooling families and give you the opportunity to glean from them what might work for you.

Classes held on Monday afternoons at the McClintock home in Dillsburg from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 pm with an optional time for socialization from 2:30 to 3 p.m.  Childcare on a donation basis will be available for the first ten children.  See separate sign up for that.

Pre-registration is required.  Space is limited to the first 8 paid people. Click here to register adults for the workshop.  https://www.timetosignup.com/jameymcclintock/form/6621

For those that need it, childcare is available for the first eight children that register.  If you need childcare, please e-mail Jamey at jameyattheheartofhome@gmail.com to indicate the names and ages of your children that will need care.
