Trout Gallery Seasons of Color - Gr K - 3
K-3nd
Seasons of Color:
Winter, spring, summer, and fall all bring with them changing colors and moods. In this program kids will explore the seasons by discussing works of Impressionist art on view at The Trout Gallery and learning about music and dance celebrating the seasons. A hands-on exploration of the seasons will include movement and art activities designed to conjure the many moods of seasonal weather.
This program will take place at the Trout Gallery located in the Weiss Center on the campus of Dickison College. Parking is off-street and is sometimes full so you will want to allow extra time in case you have to walk a little bit.
Please register only children ages K to 3rd grade. Parents are requested to stay and assist but should not register themselves. As this is an art gallery, it is not the easiest place to keep younger children entertained. Please plan accordingly. As space is limited it is important that you contact our group coordinator if you need to cancel.
Cut-off date is June 28th with a maximum number of 25 attendees.
Contact person: Jamey McClintock at hahaofpa@live.com or 712-5352.
Cost: this is a FREE program
