This class with Tiger's Kung Fu Academy will go over effective striking techniques that will work against someone of any size or strength. They will teach defense against all kinds of grabbing and holding. You will learn essential weapons defense, such as defense against knives, bats, and guns. You will learn throwing and ground grappling techniques, as well as joint locks and takedowns.
Their goal is to take the power away from any potential attacker and give you your power back. With this Self Defense Class, you will have the power and the confidence that you will be able to protect yourself in any hostile situation!
Tiger's Kung Fu Academy is one of the highest-rated martial arts schools in Central Pennsylvania. Sifu Michael has over 22 years of experience. Sifu mixes learning with fun to get the job done.
Note: Parents must sign a release waiver for any student under 18.
