Don't miss this - it is the homeschooling event of the year!

Our sixth annual back to school fair is sure to be a bevy of information for all homeschoolers in the five-county area surrounding Harrisburg. Not only will the almost 300 families from the Hbg. Area Homeschoolers Association be invited, but hundreds of other area homeschoolers as well.

Attendees will arrive between the hours of 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and be provided the opportunity to browse through tables filled with information relevant to their homeschooling journey. You will receive the opportunity to talk with them face to face - answering questions and sharing your information. Some examples of the types of businesses invited include: homeschool evaluators, co-ops, private tutors, cyber charter schools, field trip destinations, curriculum companies, options for secondary education, diploma programs, art schools, sports opportunities musical instructors, and much much more! There will also be a  curriculum sale during the same times.

Pre-registration for businesses is required by following the prompts at the bottom of this announcement. Although you are welcome to have more than one person at your table, when asked for a name with your registration, please list only one.

As a convenience to vendors that do not wish to bring along their own table this year, for a fee of $10 per table we can provide one for you.  If you do not wish to pay the fee for the table, you can bring your own and then there will not be any charge to participate at all.  Payment can be done at the time of registration via paypal or by mailing a check made payable to "HAHA" to Marianne Rossi at 165 Stricker Drive, York Haven, PA  17370.  Checks must be received within one week of on-line registration.  When mailing a check, please indicate the words "Back to School Fair" in the memo line.

Spaces are assigned on a first-come first serve basis as people arrive for set-up.  There are a very small number of spaces with access to electrical outlets. Electricity must be requested in a separate e-mail to the Fair Coordinator in advance and will not be guaranteed unless you have received an e-mail confirming so.  It is suggested that you have at least 50 copies of your literature on hand.

Businesses may arrive for set-up the night before from 7:30 to 9 p.m. or as  early as 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.  Vendors are asked to be completely set up by 9:30 a.m. Saturday morning.  Doors will open at 10 a.m. The Back to School Fair will end at 1 p.m.
