Membership Application

By submitting this application, you agree that both parents and your participating students have read and agree to abide by Defenders 3:15's Code of Conduct. Your family agrees with the Statement of Faith that D315 and Stoa subscribe to.

You understand that this membership application will be reviewed, references will be contacted, an interview will be conducted, and parents must pass a criminal background check before membership is approved. Once your membership is approved, you will have 48 hours to pay your membership dues.

Membership dues are $150 per family. Club dues are non-refundable.
Additional fees may be applied to families with junior students.
