Request Membership in this Organization!

Fill out the form below and click the Continue button at the bottom.

 Complete the online New Family Member Profile and submit.  You will be creating a member name and password at this time, so please make sure you write it down for future access.  The completion of this form will signal the Backroads Homeschool Co-Op Administrator that you have begun the New Membership Enrollment Process.  

  As soon as Backroads Homeschool Co-Op has reviewed your packet you will receive an email indicating that you have been approved for membership.  However, if there are any further questions, you will be contacted by the Administrator.  

  If approved, you will be able to log in to the Backroads Homeschool Co-Op site  by using the member name and password that you created.  The $50 Yearly per Student Membership Fee (includes student t-shirt) is due at this time or by the designated date given by the Administrator.  This fee includes registration and utilities paid to Ozark Bethel Chapel, our host church. A seperate one time fee of $25 is due for your background check. Please make this payment at the Open House Event scheduled before the start of the co-op session.

Payment Instructions

Extra fees above and beyond registration may include field trips, special events, etc. or class fees for labs, textbooks, reading books, art supplies, etc. Class fees will be due at the time of class sign-up or other specified terms. Field trip, special event, etc. fees will be due by specified due date. All fees are non-refundable.
