Home Grown Hearts Co-op is currently full but accepting waitlist applicants. Filling out this registration will put you on the waitlist to be contacted when a spot opens up. At that point, joining will require an additional application and dues before approval.

Primary name refers to the parent who will be attending co-op. Secondary name is for the other parent and is optional.

In the Children section, list only the children who will be attending co-op and please indicate a grade level for each child. I know we do not always designate grade levels as homeschoolers, but the infomation here is directly tied to our class registration process and is necessary to know the amount of elementary (2nd -5th) versus jr/sr high (6th -12th). etc.
