If you are interested in being considered for membership, please complete the information below and submit to express your interest.

You can expect to be contacted for an interview with our New Member Team when we have availability, and generally this happens in the April-June timeframe annually. If there are no current openings, your application will remain on file until membership is available.

Member Agreement

Please read the Compass Rose Co-Op (CRC) Member Handbook (linked here) before continuing. Review and agree to the items below:

General Co-Op:

I have read and agree to abide by and uphold the CRC mission statement and core values.
I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all CRC policies and responsibilities outlined in the Member Handbook.
I understand that CRC communication may occur through our website, email, or private Facebook group. I agree to check these regularly as it is my responsibility to be updated and aware of Co-Op news.
I understand that Clubs and Connections have a designated start time, and I agree to ensure my family arrives on time.
I agree to notify the appropriate CRC Director and any adults working with my child(ren) if there are any special needs, allergies, or other health concerns that might impact my child’s ability to attend and/or participate in any Clubs or Connections.
I understand and agree that I am fully responsible and legally liable for any actions taken by my family while participating in CRC classes and events. I also understand and agree that Ignite Church, its employees and volunteers, and CRC leaders and members are not liable for any accidents or injuries suffered by my family, or loss of or damage to my family’s personal property occurring while at Ignite Church or at any CRC functions.
I understand that my membership may be revoked without refund at the discretion of the leadership team if I am found in violation of any of the guidelines or policies outlined in the CRC Member Handbook.

Club Day:

As a CRC member, Club Day is an available offering for your family. It is optional to participate, and you may choose to participate or opt out at the beginning of each semester. Review and agree to each item below, which will apply for any semester that you choose to participate.

I understand that parental participation is mandatory. As such, I agree to be on campus and carry out my assignment(s) (teaching, assisting, subbing, or other) reliably and in accordance with guidelines outlined in the Member Handbook.
I agree to oversee my child(ren)’s work and will make sure my child(ren) follows expectations as outlined by their teacher. I agree to ensure their compliance with the Student Pledge.
I agree to notify the CRC Director of my absence as soon as possible and at least 24 hours before the start of Club Day in accordance with guidelines outlined in the Member Handbook. I understand that consistent tardiness and/or absence could impact my membership.

Social Media Use

Your child(ren) may be photographed throughout the year during Club Day and Connection events by teachers and/or other parents. These photos may be posted to our private, parents-only Compass Rose Co-Op Facebook group or in the members only section of our website. If a photo is posted that you would like removed, you will be responsible for contacting Compass Rose Co-Op administrators and/or the poster to remove photos.

Printed Material Use

In addition, if there is interest and ability, Compass Rose Co-Op may compile a photo album and/or yearbook for parents and/or students annually to commemorate the year. This will be available only to Compass Rose Co-Op families.

Please indicate whether we may use your child’s photo in printed materials for purpose of annual photo album or yearbook. Children appearing in photos with parents’ permission may be identified as Compass Rose Co-Op students and names may be listed, but no other identifying information (address, age, etc.) will be printed.
