As a co-op, cooperation is an important element of JOY.   That's why we created JOY Serve, a department that handles the many roles required to keep JOY Homeschool Co-op functioning for the glory of God.  Parents are expected to participate in the co-op through teaching, assisting, or other volunteer roles. Whether you prefer cleaning the lunchroom, teaching a class, praying for the needs of the co-op, or something else we have a job for you!
