As a member of the GROW Homeschool co-op:

• I will treat all members (adults and children) with respect.

• GROW is a non-sectarian co-op, and we have members of all different types of beliefs and backgrounds. Please do not promote any specific religion or belief system as correct. Please refrain from discussing sensitive topics (e.g., religion, politics, abortion, immigration, sexuality, gender).

• I will be inclusive of all members, their beliefs, and help to create a supportive community. I will work through any issues directly with the member in question, using a mediator if necessary. As a last resort I will contact the board to resolve the issue.

• I fully understand that GROW Homeschool is a co-op between all of us and that I need to help out by volunteering. With that in mind, I will honor my volunteer commitments.

• I will help to implement the Student Code of Conduct by respectfully notifying ANY child that is in violation of the Student Code of Conduct. If the child continues the behavior, then the child's parent should be notified and/or the child should go to their parent.

• I have reviewed the GROW Family Handbook and will abide by the policies in the Handbook.
