Thank you for submitting your class to the Admin Board for approval. We are so thankful you are offering a class. Please be sure you have carefully looked over all the teacher requirements and the policies of GRACE before submitting this form. If you have any questions, please send us an email to gracehomeschoolers27@gmail.com.

If you are not a member of GRACE and are applying as a Long Term Guest teacher, you will be contacted by the GRACE board for a meeting and will be required to submit a background check before your class is approved.

Agreement

I certify that I have read through all of the policies required to be a teacher for GRACE. I understand and agree to all the requirements, including volunteer responsibilities, providing substitute lesson plans, and all other teaching responsibilities as laid out in our policies. I also understand I am not an employee of GRACE and do not receive any payment in exchange for teaching as this is a volunteer role. All class fees (if any) are to made between the parents/guardians and the teacher.
