Get ready for home school field trip day!

We are proud to host our annual Home School Days on August 18-21. Join us as we combine fun and learning in this outdoor learning lab.

Home school students get ready for a fantastic field trip. Spend the day of fun in the sun exploring the Hurricane Harbor water park and 14 world-class roller coasters! Don’t forget to check out your favorite show in the Grand Music Hall while you are here. Laugh and play enjoying our more than 85 rides, shows and attractions.

This Home School Days event is a great opportunity for home school students and their families to observe the mechanics and physics of world-class thrill rides.

Educational Tools

Lesson plans are available to help make Six Flags Great America your outdoor learning lab and teachers are welcome to create a corresponding lesson plans for their students. The teacher and student manuals can be downloaded.

Meal Deal Vouchers

Meal Deal Vouchers are also available for groups participating in the event. Meal options include; cheeseburger meal, chili cheese dog meal, that’s Italian meal, chicken strip meal, individual slice pizza combo or 2-piece chicken dinner meal.
