KBCH Waiver Forms

If you have not already filled out a KBCH waiver for the adults and children in your family, please download the forms using the links below and fill them out. You may either fill them out digitally and email them to treasurer@kbchomeschoolers.org or print and fill them out and attach a picture or scan of your form to the same email.

Payment Instructions

The KBCH Annual General Membership is per family. Some clubs and events may have additional costs per participant.

The Tuesday Co-op (TCO) Fall Membership is per family. Additional costs include a class fee per student per class.
A TCO Spring Membership fee will be collected in January. Spots are first come first serve and can fill quickly!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
We are now a StepUp provider and those who are on a PEP/UA scholarship should pay through the SUFS site by going to the marketplace, searching for "Kingdom Builders Christian Homeschoolers", and releasing funds for the membership(s) you need. Remember, you only need one general membership per family and one Tuesday Co-op membership per family (if you choose to joing TCO). On this website, please select the appropriate fee(s) "2026-27 Fee paid through EMA" payment option(s) for $1 to hold your spot. Once the treasurer has received funds through SUFS, your invoice through this website will be adjusted. If you are not on the scholarship, please select the full amount fee(s) to be paid through this website. Please make payments as soon as you are able, but the deadline for payment is Saturday, August 15th.
