I like to pretend, "Creative" is my middle name. Poetry and painting, singing and songwriting -- these are a few of my favorite things!

I own a small art gallery in Petersburg where I teach art classes and voice lessons. Our family owns a farm and we deliver our goods to people all throughout Middle Tennessee. I'm constantly inspired by the beauty of nature around me.

I've homeschooled all four of my kids since they were itty bitty. My oldest son graduated from SWISH in 2025. Then my daughter in '26. Another daughter will be graduating in '27. And my baby will graduate from SWISH in 2029. 

Over the last 5 years here at SWISH, I've taught Art Class, Songwriting, Apologetics, and now Poetry and Literature. This homeschool community has been the biggest blessing to our family since moving from Oregon in 2021. I'm so happy and honored to be a part!
