Mighty Oaks Homeschool Co-Op Parent Contract

As Mighty Oaks functions as a true cooperative, I understand that my active role as a participating member is crucial to the success of the group.  As the parent member, I commit to:

BOTH: Pay all disclosed fees, including the annual registration fee, student supply fees, and tutorial course fees on time or make arrangements with the director. BOTH: Pick up my children promptly when classes dismiss.
BOTH: Perform the cleaning duties thoroughly and with a happy heart while modeling gratitude to the Church for allowing us to use the facility and ensure that my student(s) perform(s) their cleaning duties thoroughly and with a happy heart. BOTH: Adhere to all school policies and all rules in the stay and play contract.
BOTH: Endeavor to keep a peaceful and Christ-honoring community atmosphere by handling any interpersonal conflict with integrity and maturity. BOTH: Regular attendance at the co-op with the only exception of illness. For E-day, I understand that if I must miss my teaching day for illness, it is my responsibility to get the lesson plans and materials to the co-op director for the on-call substitute to fill in. I further understand that any duty missed must be made up at a later time.
E-DAY: Serve my share of the teaching duty load by preparing lessons and teaching class and by assistant teaching classes or serving in other areas. I agree to serve a fair portion of the workload as distributed by the co-op director with a loving enthusiasm. TUTORIAL: Uphold the academic integrity of the co-op by following testing protocols and holding my student accountable for academic honesty. ticipate with a loving, and generous spirit in the co-op service projects.
BOTH: Fulfill volunteer needs of the group as well as participate with a generous spirit in co-op projects, service projects, etc. BOTH: Attendance at the mandatory parent orientation meeting. For E-day, parents are also required to attend the Christmas program and Spring program. Attendance at the Fellowship Feast and Baccalaureate is optional.
BOTH: Participate in at least two of the fundraiser options each year: full moon tip weekend, plants sale, sheet sale, tshirt ads, etc BOTH: To check BAND on a regular basis to ensure the receipt of co-op information.
BOTH: Intervene and resolve discipline issues regarding my child. BOTH: Pray for the other families in the co-op on a regular basis.
