We believe that the Bible was given by inspiration of God and is our only rule in matters of faith and practice. We believe in creation; that man and woman were created distinctly by the direct act of God and in the image of God. We believe God created humans in fixed and unvarying genders and that God intended for marriages to be between one man and one woman for one lifetime only. We believe that Adam and Eve, in yielding to the temptation of Satan, became fallen creatures. We believe that all men are born since are in sin. We believe in the Incarnation, the Virgin Birth, and the Deity of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We believe in His vicarious and substitutionary atonement for the sins of mankind by the shedding of his blood on the cross. We believe in the resurrection of his body from the tomb, his ascension into heaven and that he is now our advocate with the father. We believe that he is coming again. We believe in the necessity of new birth, and that this new birth is through regeneration by the Holy Spirit. We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in the atoning blood of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We believe that God is almighty and deserves our praise and worship. We believe that agreement with the statement of faith is a basis for christian fellowship and that all born-again men and women can, and should, live together in peace and harmony through promoting the cause of Christ.

Parent or Guardian of a Minor Consent and Hold Harmless Agreement

I, being the parent or legal guardian of all minor children listed on my family registration, hereby give my consent for my minor child to attend and participate in Mighty Oaks Homeschool Co-Op held at Hope Mountain Church.

I understand that reasonable safety precautions will be taken by the leaders of this activity and the the possibility of an unforeseen hazard does exist. I further agree not to hold Hope Mountain Church, its leaders, employees, or volunteer staff (collectively herein the “Church”) liable for damages, losses, diseases, or injuries incurred by the minor(s) listed on this form while participating in any activities on this campus or off campus (field trips).

I further allow Mighty Oaks Co-Op to use photos of my minor child(ren) on social media and for other cooperative related purposes (yearbook).

This form will be in effect until August 1, 2027, unless otherwise rescinded in writing.

Payment Instructions

Payment for Registration and Building fee is due upon enrollment. You can pay by cash or check by bringing it to the co-op office. You can also pay using a credit card on this website with a 3% additional fee.
