Because we come from different religious backgrounds in our co-op and because we as a board have a responsibility to so many families, we want to be sure we are likeminded with what we believe about Jesus Christ and salvation. We consider this next question to be the most important part of your application, and we so appreciate your understanding as we carry out this responsibility.

Please provide the story of how you have come to know Christ personally. Please also give a clear explanation of your understanding of salvation along with Scriptural verses that you rely on for assurance of your salvation. Please also share with us about your current relationship with Jesus and how you see evidence of His work in your life. 13. 14. I will print the following forms, complete them, and return them to a board member to complete my registration. All families must complete these forms each year. Parents should be sure to sign and date them, and students going into 7th-12th grades must sign as well.
