We are so excited you are ready to join us! Here are the steps to complete your application:

Fill out the form and click Continue.
Download, complete and notarize Waiver (notary available at our Registration event free of charge).
Complete “Confidential Screening Form” for each adult (NEW members only – $20.00 for one or $30 for both parents).
Submit a copy of your Driver’s License along with all forms.
Submit payment in full (ANCHOR $80/year) + (Co-op $12/child/term) + Background Check (NEW members)

Payment Instructions

Anchor Membership is $80 per family for the entire year. You can pay through the StepUp Marketplace or by check. If you would like to pay online via Paypal it will be $85 with the Paypal processing fees. (It will show $85 below but we will adjust your account to paid in full once we receive payment)

If you are a new member, or your background check is due again this year, you can add the background check to your invoice. We highly recommend getting your husband background checked if you believe he may want to attend events or co-op. There is a 50% savings for bundling them together and they are good for three years!

Once you have completed this form and your registration has been accepted, you will be able to pay the invoice when logged in.
