Registration Forms and Requirements

Click here to complete our family registration form (one per family). The Student Code of Conduct, included in the form, must be reviewed together by parent and child.

You'll also find a Pastor Recommendation link also included in the Registration Form will need to be sent to your family's pastor. If you submitted one last year, you only need to resubmit if requested or if your church situation has changed.

We require a new family interview to ensure a good mutual fit. Returning families may be asked to meet with leadership if needed—and are always welcome to request a meeting.
