I, as the parent/guardian of the child(ren) registered above, give permission to Winton First Baptist Church (WFBC) to photograph my child/ren at Pure Pursuer or WFBC church events.  At times our events can overlap.  I understand that any photographs taken may be used or displayed to advertise our co-op or church in print or on social media.
