Jenn Jacobsen To All Instructors
**New Teacher**
Hello, my name is Jenn Jacobsen!
Teaching and investing in young children has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and have had the privilege of serving as a kindergarten teacher, as well as working in child care as both a teacher and director. Each of these experiences has deepened my love for early learning and strengthened my desire to support children and families during these foundational years.
Some of the most meaningful influences in my life were the teachers I had growing up. Their encouragement, care, and dedication helped shape my educational journey, and it has always been on my heart to give back in that same way—by creating a positive, nurturing, and impactful experience for the students and families I serve.
I am especially passionate about building a strong Biblical foundation in the early years. I believe these are such important, formative seasons, and I love pointing children toward truth while helping them grow into the unique gifts the Lord has created them to be. Watching students gain confidence, develop new skills, and begin to understand who they are is one of the greatest joys of teaching.
In addition to teaching, I am also a homeschooling mom to my two children, whom I have been teaching since their Pre-K and Kindergarten years. Being both a parent and the director of SCOPE has given me a deep appreciation for the partnership between families and educators. It is truly a blessing to invest in the next generation—not only in my own home, but alongside other families in our SCOPE community.
I am so grateful to be part of this journey and look forward to growing together with you and your children this year!
