Kathy Hawkins To All Instructors

**New Teacher**

Hi! I’m Kathy Hawkins. I am a Registered Nurse, my favorite scope of nursing is obstetrics, working with laboring moms and newborn babies! I am not currently working in nursing, as our family decided it would be best if I were to be a stay at home mom and homeschool our children. I am currently undecided if I will return to the nursing field full time, but, I will continue to donate my nursing skills for Bible camps throughout the summer. 

I have 9 children, ranging in age from 6-28. I have 9 grandchildren, 5 and under, and I’m sure many more in the future! Most of our family all attend Calvary Assembly of God Church in Wilson, WI. After church, we enjoy Sunday afternoon family days where we all get together to play games and enjoy a meal together. 

I am excited to be a part of the scope teaching staff next year and excited to see what adventures await in the snackulator class. The students will be interacting with fellow students and parents to help enhance their social skills and gain confidence in social settings. Students are going to be dealing with money and gaining confidence with their math skills as we calculate the income & expense. I think this class is going to bring a Fun atmosphere to scopes lunchtime experience!
