Recruitment & Teacher Coordinator

Hi! My name is Rosie Daleiden, and I am honored to serve as the Recruitment & Teacher Coordinator at SCOPE. I am passionate about Jesus, family, and building strong, life-giving communities.

My husband, David, and I have two children who have been homeschooled from the beginning. We are grateful to continue our journey at SCOPE, supporting and connecting with other families.

In addition to my role at SCOPE, I serve as a Worship Pastor at a local church. I am a licensed pastor and hold a degree in Biblical Studies with a minor in Music/Vocal Performance. Ministry is at the heart of our family life, and I am passionate about creating spaces where individuals and families can grow in their relationship with Jesus and in community. I deeply value collaboration, discipleship, and fostering healthy, thriving environments for both students and families.

Outside of ministry and homeschooling, I enjoy coffee, summer boat rides, vacations, horseback riding, animals of all kinds, and spending time watching my children learn, explore, and grow.
