Hello and welcome to the registration process for Cambridge Christian Home Educators Group (CCHE)!

When you sign up to register for the group you will have access to this website where you will be able to register for sports, field trips, co-op, see the calendar, participate in forums and access the classified ads.

The yearly Membership fee is $65 per family and includes paying for our group insurance, rentals, website access, group meetings, etc.

Once your registration is approved, you will be asked to pay promptly in order to have access to all of the events and this website which will help us to communicate more effectively with you. Your membership will be "parked" until payment is received.

Payment Instructions

Once your registration is approved, the final step to receiving membership access is to pay the yearly membership fee. It is $65 and begins in June and ends in August of the following year. 

An e-transfer can be sent to cche.registrar@gmail.com with a note that includes your name and email address that you registered with so that they co-incide and can be easily verified.

Please note, until your E-TRANSFER payment is received by the registrar at cche.registrar@gmail.com, you are NOT FULLY REGISTERED and cannot participate in CCHE events.  Please be prompt with your payment.

To help facilitate the efficiency of registration please submit your e-transfer the same day you receive approval. 

In the memo/note portion of the e-transfer please include details to help us identify you:  your full name or your children's full names. 

E-transfers are very tricky when trying to pair them up with last names that are not ones that you currently used on your registration form. For security purposes, banks actually blank out your email address so we are not able to use this to identify you.  (For example-I have maiden names, father's last names, extended family names that e-transfer for you.  This actually takes up a lot of time trying to track down which membership belongs to the money transferred of up to 150+ families.)


There is no longer a security question. If a security question is being asked you have the wrong email address.
