Erin Hicks, our beloved former director of the CHAT Musical Theater Troupe, is stepping out in faith to launch a new chapter in her ministry—Imagine Performing Arts. This new Christian theater ministry reflects Erin’s heart for combining faith and the performing arts, and we are incredibly proud of her as she follows this calling.
Many CHAT students will continue with her in this new program, where they will receive discounts and priority registration as part of this transition. Imagine Performing Arts will also be open to other Christian homeschoolers in the area, expanding the opportunity for students to grow in their gifts through theater in a faith-centered environment.
At CHAT, the Musical Theater Troupe will be on hold for now; however, we are excited to announce that CHAT will be offering a Drama class led by Erin Hicks for middle and high school students in Fall 2026. This class will not be a full production-based program, but will instead be simplified and structured as an enrichment class to better fit the co-op format at CHAT.
