Be sure you have:

1. Thoroughly read our General Policy and Statement of Faith/Code of Conduct. You will be required to sign that you understand and agree to our policies.

2. There will also be several forms required to be signed in order for your membership application to be complete: intermediate/middle/high school behavior contract (if applicable- this is for students ages 4th grade and up), mentee application (optional), photo permissions (do you give us permission to post your child on our public FB page and website?), CHAT and Oakland Heights Baptist liability forms, general policy and statement of faith/code of conduct agreement forms.

3. In order for your membership to be approved and you to be added to Homeschool-Life to register for classes, we MUST at least receive a family membership payment of $85 via Zeffy. This is not refundable so PLEASE make sure that you are committed: CHAT Family Membership Payment.

4. There will also be a $60 per semester utility payment and class fees (vary) due no later than our mandatory registration/orientation on 1/5/2026. CHAT Family Utility Payment
