2026-2027 Pre-Registration Instructions

  • Participation in Pre-Registration will secure you a space in your desired classes. Pre-Registration helps us know what classes are most in demand and how many sections will be needed. Please note: tutor needs and class minimums still need to be met for class to materialize. 

  • Pre-Registration is not organized by a time schedule. This process will help us to build the final schedule for Class Registration in May. If you have a time constraint on Thursdays we encourage you to reach out to us and although we cannot promise accomodation to all conflicts, we would love to try! 

  • We recommend a four class registration maximum per student. There are six - 60 minute class blocks on Thursdays with a 20 minute lunch in the middle of the day.

  • Please only pre-register for classes that you are seriously considering, this does not commit you to the community or the class but please know we are using this information to make decisions so the most accurate information possible is appreciated. 

  • Classes will be on Thursdays starting at 8am and ending at 3pm. We meet at Onalaska Church of Christ. We have a monitored study hall for students to connect socially or complete other schoolwork if they have a break in their schedule. While we allow student drop off - we rely on parent involvement so please find a way to invest in our community! Tutor a class (helps cover your fees!), pick a parent volunteer spot, pick a study hall spot, talk to us for other ideas!

Current Family Instructions

  1. Log into your family account

  2. Navigate to the 2026-2027 Pre-Registration Class Matrix (top menu under "Class Info")

  3. Sign up your student(s) for desired classes within the Class Matrix. (Suggested Max: 4 Classes) 

  4. No payments or commitment to participate in Pre-Registration. Costs displayed are out anticipated class costs - these are subject to minor change prior to final registration in May. 
    Your account will show an invoice balance but please disregard

Prospective Family Instructions

  1. Request Membership in Organization and fill out Family Information. At bottom of application select "Pre-Registration Only". 

  2. Families not within our current 2025-2026 membership will pay a $50 deposit to participate in Pre-Registration. Deposit will be credited to your 2026-2027 membership fees. If you decide not to join HOPE for Fall 2026-2027, your deposit for Pre-Registration is non-refundable. 

  3. Once membership application is approved: Navigate to the 2026-2027 Pre-Registration Class Matrix (top menu under "Class Info")

  4. Sign up your student(s) for desired classes within the Class Matrix. (Suggested Max: 4 Classes) 

  5. Class costs displayed are our anticipated class costs - these are subject to minor change prior to final registration in May.
