MArCH Junior Senior Experience
This program is currently not enrolling until Summer for the 2026/2027 school year.
What is Junior Year of Service?
Junior year is considered a year of service as juniors and their families help plan, assist with, and support junior/senior and senior class functions, with senior year being a year of honor.
When you participate as a junior, you will bebonding with you graduation class and making likelong friends. It is a time of serving our seniors and their families to make a memorable year for them also. As part of serving you will receive a discount on your senior fees.
What is MArCH Senior Year of Experience?
MArCH offers seniors a variety of traditional senior year events and is a cooperative effort of all families involved. Families must be MArCH members during a student’s junior and senior year in order to participate in the MArCH Senior Year Experience.
Parents of seniors are encouraged to be involved with graduation and activity planning and preparation. At least one parent from each senior family must serve on the Senior Picnic Team (Fall Event) or the Senior Dinner Team (Spring Event) or in another service capacity of the events during the senior year set by the Senior Committee.
Seniors can choose one of three levels of participation in senior year activities and events.
Participation Levels: MArCH Senior Year Experience offers three different levels of participation:
Level 1: The Bare Bones Option ($75)
- This level is for those seniors who only with to receive/participate in:
- LAUNCH (Fall), a senior year kick off event
- A Senior Class t-shirt (distributed in the Fall)
- Recognition in the Senior Edition of the MArCH Tribune (in the Spring)
- Senior Day at MArCH Co-op (even if you do not attend co-op you are invited that day to receive a box and have lunch with your graduating class)
- Participation in official Senior group photos in the fall and an electronic copy of the pictures
- A Senior page in the MArCH Yearbook
- Junior/Senior Christmas Party
**NOTE: this level does NOT include the Senior “Traditional” Events or the MArCH formal graduation ceremony.
Level 2: Middle of the Road Option ($175)
This level is for those Seniors who wish to be a little more involved. This level includes everything mentioned in the Level 1 option AND provides participation in these additional Senior “traditional” events:
- Includes Level 1 plus:
- Senior Family Picnic (Fall)
- Senior Celebration Event
- Senior Dinner (April)
**NOTE: this level does NOT include the MArCH formal graduation ceremony.
Level 3: The Whole Shebang ($400 if you do Junior Service year or Cost is $500 otherwise)
This level is for seniors wishing to also participate in MArCH’s formal graduation ceremony as well as all of the events included in Level 1 and Level 2. Level 3 includes:
- Level 1
- Level 2 plus
- Formal Graduation Ceremony, including a personal graduation video honoring each senior
- Senior Class Graduation group photos
- Digital access to the ceremony recording
- Reception following the Graduation Ceremony
- Each family participating in the MArCH Graduation ceremony is responsible for the purchase of a cap, gown, and tassel, as well as a diploma. However, we order these as a group, so you do not need to make arrangements on your own.
How can I help offset the cost?
An optional fundraising event is offered in the fall for those who would like to reduce out-of-pocket senior expenses. Fundraising is available to both Juniors and Seniors and can be applied to the cost of the Senior Year Experience level that the Senior chooses.
