Registration for returning families will begin in March 2026. All new families must have a family interview and approval before registering. New family registration will begin in April 2026. Registration fees are due at the time of registration. Please do not try to register if you have not completed your family interview. To apply, families must read and complete all family registration forms and liability forms. After approval for membership, you may enroll your students in classes. Submission of a schedule does not guarantee that your child will be enrolled in this course, due to tutor minimum and maximum requirements and/or tutor changes/availablity. Please note that some classes may require a placement test to ensure that the class will be a good fit for your child's academic needs.

Classes are filled in the order schedules are received. You will be notified if a class is no longer available due to low enrollment. Class schedules will be finalized by late April. Registrations will be considered late for the month of May, and a late registration fee will be applied. Registrations will not be accepted after May 31st. We ask that all class changes be made by August 1st, as this will allow tutors time to be ready for their classes with an accurate student count.

Payment Instructions

Families must complete a family interview and receive approval before registration payment can be made. If you do not have an interview scheduled, then please contact us to schedule one. Registration will not be allowed until after approved membership. Returning families do not need to complete an interview, but an annual membership approval will still be required before registration is complete.

All registration fees and graduation fees are non-refundable.
