Living Waters Co-Op Media Policy & Parent Agreement

At Living Waters Co-Op, we value community, connection, and sharing the meaningful experiences our children have together. As part of our co-op, we occasionally capture photos and videos during co-op days, field trips, and events to celebrate learning and keep families connected.

To protect all families and children, we ask every parent/guardian to read and agree to the following:

Media Policy

• Photos and videos taken during Living Waters Co-Op activities are intended for co-op use only.
• Families agree not to post or share photos/videos of other children on personal social media or public platforms without explicit permission from that child’s parent/guardian.
• We strive to create a safe and respectful environment for all families.

Media Release Agreement

Living Waters Co-Op may photograph or record activities for purposes including:

• Private co-op Facebook group
• Co-op communication and updates
• Yearbooks or memory projects
• Promotional or informational materials related to the co-op

By signing below, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Photos/videos of your child(ren) may be taken during co-op activities
• Living Waters Co-Op has permission to use these images/videos for co-op-related purposes only
• No compensation will be provided for use of these materials
• You release Living Waters Co-Op from liability related to the use of such media
