Q:	Is this a drop off program?
A:	Yes it is.

Q:	Which days of the week are classes?
A:	We meet on Mondays from 8:30 am - 1:20 pm at Empowered Church in Poulsbo, WA.

Q:	How do I view the class details and pricing without making an account?
A:	Click on the yellow button that says "VIEW OUR CLASSES" on the main page.

Q:	How much is the registration fee?
A:	The registration fee is $150 per family. This covers the cost to use the building, covers insurance costs, and the cost to run the website.

Q:	Can my student come early in the day and take study hall classes until his scheduled class?
A:	Yes. You just need to sign him up for the study hall hours he will be on campus before his class.

What are the enrollment procedures?

I already signed up for membership. Why won't it let me register for classes now?

Thank you for signing up for membership. Before you are allowed to register for classes, two things must happen:

1. Enrollment opens on Monday, April 27th at 7pm. The website will not allow anyone to register until that date and time.

2. You must pay the registration fees before enrollment. Payments are allowed starting on Friday, April 24th at 7pm. Please allow 12-24hrs to see that the restriction is removed from your account to allow you to enroll in classes.

Q:	I have paid my registration fees. Why can't I enroll in classes now?
A:	Class enrollment will open on Monday, April 27th at 7 pm.

Q:	Can you explain the early enrollment? How can I enroll early?
A:	Early enrollment is reserved for those who are planning on volunteering at LifeCrest Learning. If you are interested in volunteering, contact Tawny at: lifecrestadmin@gmail.com

I'm trying to enroll my student in a class. The box next to my student's name is greyed out. Why can't I enroll?

One of two possiblities here:

1. You haven't paid the registration fee. Once registration fees are paid, you will be allowed to enroll into classes.

2. The age or grade of your student doesn't match the class description. Please check the class information to see if that is the case.

Payment

Q:	Why can't I make a payment now?
A:	We will be accepting payments starting on Friday, April 24th at 7pm.

Q:	What if I pay the "non-refundable" $150 registration, but the class I wanted for my child is full and we won't be able to go to LifeCrest?
A:	In that circumstance, we will definitely issue a full refund of the registration fee.

Q:	How do I pay the teacher(s)?
A:	Teachers are accepting payment by cash or check. You may pay them no later than August 31st, 2026 for the first semester and by no later than January 4th, 2027 for the second semester.

Volunteering

Tell me more about the security volunteer position.

We have two security time slot options:

9:40-11:50

11:50-1:50

They are 2 hour time blocks, but we can be flexible if families want to team up and share the schedule.

What would I need to do if I volunteer as a teacher assistant?

Thank you for your interest in volunteering!

First and foremost, you would just need to attend the class from beginning to end each week. Be present, help the teacher hand out papers or supplies. You may be asked to perform other duties for the teacher as well - grading papers will not be one of them.

Registering

What is the registration fee and other fees?

The registration fee is $150 per family. There is also a $25 administration fee per class per year.

These fees cover the cost to use the building, insurance for every student, and covers the fees to run the website.

Q:	When is the registration fee due?
A:	The registration fee is due at the time of creating an account. You won't be able to enroll into classes until the registration fee is paid.
