Membership Requirements
1.  Application Accepted
2. Clear background check  (Payment for background checks are not included in the registration fee)
3. Agreement to all policies, codes of conduct etc, and forms signed
4. Safety trainings completed

Registration Deadline for '26-'27 School Year is Friday, August 21st @ 10 a.m. 
We cannot accept any applications after that time. 

We offer two options for membership at The Homeschool Village.  Please see the options and descriptions below.

1. Full Membership - This membership for the '26-'27 school year will include 32 co-op days. 
    1st Semester - 14 co-op days   2nd Semester- 18 co-op days. 
     8-10 Field Trips, and 6 Events (ie: Back to Co-op Bash, Holiday Parties, Easter Egg Hunts, End of Year Celebration)

Pricing for the '26-'27 School Year (Full Membership)
*A $35 class supply fee is included in 1st Semester Registration Fees. Class supply fees are $35 per child per semester.

Single Child Family
1st Semester- $130          2nd Semester - $35

Two Children Family
1st Semester - $250 (130 + 120)               2nd Semester $70

Three Children Family
1st Semester - $360 (130+120+110)           2nd Semester $105

*After 3 children, all additional children are $110 for the first semester and $35 x # of children for the second semester.

2. Field Trips and Event Membership - This membership for the '26-'27 school year will include 8-10 Field Trips and 6 Events.

Pricing for '26-'27 School Year (Field Trips and Events)

$100 per child/year.
*If you would like to join The Homeschool Village as a Full Membership member between 1st Semester Deadline and 2nd Semester start date (and space is available), $50 per child MUST be paid before attending co-op meetings. If the additional fees are not paid, the child may not attend co-op.  No discounts for multi children families will be available at that time. 

**Please note that field trip admission fees are not covered in the registration fee.  Admission to field trip locations are determined by the business/venue hosting us.  Most field trips are low cost, some are free**
