Please complete the following information for your family.  Be sure to include all children you desire to enroll in SVCA affidavit (there is a link to add more children). Upon receipt of your application, you will receive a confirmation email and your application will be submitted for approval. 

Family Enrollment Fees

The following fees apply per family for annual enrollment:

  • Registration Fee: $200
  • Late Registration Fee (after August 1): $50

Student Enrollment Fees

Annual enrollment fees are assessed per student based on grade level:

  • Elementary / Junior High (Grades K-8): $50 per student per year
  • High School (Grades 9-12): $75 per student per year

Independent Study Course Fees

(Required for High School Students)

Course fees are assessed per course, based on the level of SVCA involvement:

  • Independent / Online Courses: $50 per course
  • Guided Courses: $100 per course
  • SVCA Verified Courses: $150 per course

Payment Instructions

SVCA Enrollment Fees are due at the time of enrollment. 

  • Family Enrollment: $200 per family per year

Per Student Fees:

  • Elementary / Junior High (Grades K-8): $50 per student per year
  • High School (Grades 9-12): $75 per student per year

A late fee of $25 will be incurred if paid after August 1st. (Note there is a $10 processing fee to pay via PayPal.)
