Class Description
Get ready to move, play, and grow stronger! This middle school gym class is designed to build coordination, teamwork, and confidence through fun physical activities and structured fitness routines. Students will engage in age-appropriate games, strength and agility exercises, and sports fundamentals while learning the importance of healthy habits and good sportsmanship. All fitness levels welcome—just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to move!
