Set Up Crew Lead
The Set Up Crew Lead coordinates and oversees the team responsible for preparing the facility before co-op begins. This includes arranging tables and chairs, setting out supplies, and ensuring classrooms and common areas are ready for use. The Lead will communicate with team members weekly to confirm assignments and make sure the work is completed.
