If you are interested in joining Truth Academy and would like to register for classes, you must first REQUEST MEMBERSHIP. To do so, please fill out and submit the form below. The application will be submitted to our administrator/board for review and approval.
**Please Note: Our application/approval process takes time. Once you have submitted the request for membership form below, we will review it and get back to you as soon as possible, however, we ask for your patience as we work through the application and new family interview process. Please do not pay the Registration Fee until you have been approved for membership.
Part of the approval process is a simple interview call where we take a few minutes to get to know you, make sure you feel confident in signing our statement of faith, and also find out what classes you are interested in registering for. (Please let us know during the phone interview or email us at [email protected] if you have a friendship with a current member and BE SURE TO NOTE YOUR CHURCH AFFILIATION on the registration page (this is required).
Subject to Board approval, you will receive a membership approval email confirmation which will prompt you to set up a login/password on our secure website. You will be directed to read and electronically sign the following documents which are necessary in order for your child(ren) to participate in Truth Academy classes.

- Personal Statement of Faith
- Discipline Policy
- Liability Release Form
- Medical Release Form
- Policies and Cancellation
Once approved for membership, you will be asked to complete these necessary forms, submit your $80.00 family registration fee, and then register for classes on our secure site. Instructions for registration will be provided to you upon membership approval.
