Accredited Online Schools

One more way to legally register to homeschool in Tennessee is by registering with an Accredited Online School. These are non-public online school options, this is NOT the same as registering with the virtual public school program. You must follow the curriculum of hte online school and it will keep track of all the grades, tests, and transcripts. The Online School takes care of notifying the local school system that your child is homeschooling so you do not have to submit anything to the local schools. You will need to re-enroll or register with the Online School every year.
