All families must agree to the
FAITH Statement of FAITH.
A FAITH approved background check is required
for all members. ($15)
Background checks are
valid for 3 years.
FAITH is a volunteer-led co-op.
Each member family helps make our programs possible by completing a minimum of 2 service credits each year.

for Academics, Enrichment, or Athletics.
