Tuesday June 7th at 6:30pm
The end of the school year is fast approaching and it's time to celebrate our children's achievements.
Promotion Night is a wonderful opportunity for our families to honor their children (and Mom) for all their hard work and encourage them as you "promote" them to the next grade at a fun, end-of-the-year celebration together. Each family will be given a brief moment on stage to praise their children and present them with a certificate (supplied by SBFA). Feel free to invite extended family members, grandparents, etc.
There will be programs printed with the names of your children who are being promoted to 1st through 12th grade, however, we welcome you to bring your younger ones on stage to publicly acknowledge them too. This evening is a very special time that many families look forward to year after year, and we hope you will join us.
Bring an Appetizer to Share
There will be a reception following the ceremony, and we kindly ask that each attending family bring an appetizer to share. SBFA will provide dessert.
Register Your Children to Participate
- PLEASE REGISTER YOUR CHILDREN BY JUNE 3RD. (Parents and other attending guests do not need to register.) Click or tap on the SIGN UP NOW button below. (Make sure you're logged in.) When you register, you will need to select from the drop-down menu which children you are promoting, provide each child's full name and the grade to which they are promoting, so we may prepare your children's certificates. To add another child, click on '+ Add Attendee' located below the fields for the first person. Please note: if you don't register by the deadline, you are still welcome to attend, but you will not receive certificates for your children, and their names will not be printed in the program.
- PLEASE SUBMIT SLIDESHOW PHOTOS BY JUNE 3RD. This year we are planning to add a brief slideshow to the ceremony, so if you will be attending, we would love for you to email some favorite family photos (no more than 5 photos per family please) to Michie Basilio at michiebasilio@yahoo.com.
