HOMELINK REGISTRATION IS BACK OPEN!!!
See Homelink info below.
The registration matrix has been revised to indicate which classes will be online and which classes will be in person. It also indicates which teachers are requiring that students wear masks and which teachers are encouraging them (The word “encourage” really means “hoping” but understands that some may not be able to do that.) We also have a few teachers who are making wearing a mask optional.
The wearing of masks if a very polarizing issue among people. I realize that some of you have turned to homeschooling because you do not want your students wearing a mask all day at school. If you do choose to have your student take a Homelink class, please remember that this is just for an hour or hour and a half, and not all day. If your student would be taking more than one class and would be waiting in our cafeteria, masks are optional in all other parts of the building.
Money! If you have already paid a deposit on a class or paid for the entire class up front, and now this class is not for your student, please know that all of your money will be refunded. There is a TON of computer work that is involved with Homelink class registration, so please give us time to process that refund, and don’t hesitate to email your teacher or myself if you have not received it by the end of the month.
PLEASE!!! If you are new to Homelink, please know that this is not normal...we are usually tootling along very well with registration.
It's this stupid virus that has put a glitch into everything!
Everyone does what they think is best for their family and that is one of
the main reasons we even home educate! Thanks for your patience and kindness
as we try very hard to accommodate everyone's needs, wants, fears, etc. I
believe we still have a nice smorgasbord of classes that will
be an amazing addition to your homeschool program this year. Please stick
with us, and your prayers are so welcomed! Also, please remember that we are
NOT a business, but mostly just volunteer moms who truly believe in the value of home education.

What is SHARE?
Thank you for checking out our website!
S.H.A.R.E. (St. Louis Homeschooling Activities, Resources and Encouragement) is an independent support group founded and operated by volunteer parents who home educate their children in the Greater St. Louis Area. Families from all over the St. Louis region and nearby Illinois counties are members of SHARE, although we are based in the South City, South County and Mid County areas.
We are a diverse group of homeschoolers with a wide variety of learning and teaching styles. Some families are large, others are small; some are homeschooling veterans of twenty years, many are just beginning.
The majority of members are Christians and leadership is totally Christian; however, people of all faiths are welcome in S.H.A.R.E. We are united by our choice to homeschool our children and give them the best possible educational experience AND by our desire to protect homeschooling rights in Missouri and elsewhere.
Our main goal is to inform, equip and encourage families in their homeschooling journey!
S.H.A.R.E. offers many activities and classes to supplement and enrich the home education experience, although during this time of covid restrictions, all of them might not be available.
