We are a Christian homeschool partnership meeting on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons providing history, science, music, art, and logic. We exist to partner with parents to make the homeschool experience more enriching for the whole family.
Our Mission: Through the sharing of our members' gifts and talents we strive to provide academic support and enrichment to home school families, which would enhance a parent?s effort to educate their children, by offering quality classes in a Christian environment.
Classical Conversations communities exist all across the nation (locally in Clear Lake and Friendswood) to complement home centered education. Each community meets one day a week during the Fall and Spring semesters. Classes are led by trained parent-tutors who model the classical tools of learning. Our three curriculum programs support K-12. Our programs are Foundations (K-6), Essentials (3-6) and Challenge (7-12).
Classical Conversations Mission Statement
We believe that the purpose of education is "To know Him and make Him known". Hence the curriculum is Christ centered and the material supports a Biblical worldview.
