Vendors! You are invited to participate in the York Home School Association's Homeschool Expo. If it is possible for you to come, we would truly enjoy and appreciate your participation. The Expo will be held on March 21, 2015 at the York Expo – Old Main.
Schedule & Set up Information
Set up will take place on Saturday, March 21st from 8:00 am until 11:00 am.
Early bird shopping will begin at 11:00 am.
The Expo will open to the public from 12:00 – 5:00 pm.
Clean up will be from 5:00 – 6:00 pm.
Volunteers will direct you to your booth.
Look for your booth number on your table, chair, or on the floor.
Bring your own wagons and carts with non-marking wheels for unloading your items.
Please be finished with set up and at your booth by 11:00 am for early bird shopping.
Vendor Booth Costs
The cost for each 10’x10’ Vendor Booth is $75 ($50 for YHSA members) - this includes a one-month free business card ad in the Scholar following the Fair (a $15 value). Each booth includes one table and a chair.
You may request a second table for $11 or supply your own at no additional charge. You may bring more than one table so long as they all fit within your booth space. Only two of the $11 tables will fit in each booth.
You may request additional chairs for $2 each.
Electricity is $10 per plug (bring an extension cord).
You may also choose to bring a power strip to plug into your extension cord.
Registration will begin at 9:00 am on November 1st and end on February 23rd!
Information will be posted here and an email will be sent to vendors on our mailing list.
